What is the turnaround time for custom uniforms?
Our standard turnaround is 3–4 weeks from the time payment is received. If you need your order sooner, ask us about rush options when you request a quote.
What's the minimum order quantity?
Minimum quantities vary by service. Embroidery and screen printing typically start from as few as 5–10 garments, while DTF transfers have no minimum. Contact us for specifics on your project.
Can you help if I don't have a logo or design?
Absolutely! We offer graphic design and logo digitising services. We can work from a rough sketch, existing artwork, or create something entirely new. Check out our brand packages on the Services page.
What decoration methods do you offer?
We specialise in embroidery, screen printing, and Direct-to-Film (DTF) transfers. Each has its strengths depending on your design, garment type, and quantity — we'll recommend the best option for your needs.
Do you ship outside the Shoalhaven?
Yes! While we're based in Huskisson and love serving our local community, we ship Australia-wide. Many of our clients are in Sydney, Wollongong, Canberra, and beyond.
